Race D Base Review: Horse Racing Statistics Software

Race D Base Review

Race D Base is ideal for analysing data and creating your own horse racing systems.

Developed by the Winning More team, it collates daily horse racing data that you would otherwise have to visit several sites to gather. It also comes with its own ratings system.

Data is available for any past races going back to 1st January 2013 for UK and Ireland races. South African races are also listed but do not include odds or results.

The interface is very easy to navigate. You simply use the calendar to select the date you want to look at and then all the available races are loaded up ready to view. You can export either individual race data or all races on a particular date to Excel for further analysis.

Race D Base Review Race Analysis

Once you’ve exported the data it is yours to keep as your own database, but a subscription is needed to gather new data. Data can only be exported by one day at a time, so building your own database from the software could take some time.

Access to the software costs £49.97 for 6 months, which works out at £8.33 per month.

There’s no doubt that this is a useful tool to have, but it’s down to you to decide whether it is worth the money as most of the data can be accessed for free across other sites.

Race D Base will certainly save time if this is something you do on a daily basis and as the saying goes, time is money!
