The Inside Man is a football betting service run by former bookmaker, now turned professional bettor, Adam Cheng.
He joined the BetChat team after achieving some promising results from his free tips, producing 12.5 points profit in the first month.
Fast forward, and he has achieved a profit in every single season and major tournament since, making it one of the most successful football tipping services around.
After developing an interest in racing and football as a child, Adam went on to university, where he wrote a dissertation on the history of sports betting in the UK. He then pursued a Masters in Sports Sociology.
From there, he became the head of football trading at the Mayfair bookmaker Fitzdares, where he traded football markets and generated significant profits for the company.
He says this is what sets him apart from other tipsters, as he truly has walked the walk and gained extensive experience. Having priced up markets daily in his job, he knows exactly how to find value bets.
For his Inside Man service, he sends approximately 20 selections per week, with the majority being at the weekend.
He bets on a variety of football markets, including popular ones like matched odds and handicaps, as well as some occasional spread betting markets.
There is a user guide included with membership to the service that explains the spread betting methods that he uses and also more information on bank management and staking.
Tips are sent via a Telegram group, and there is also a community channel available for discussing the service with other members and for any support you might need.
Tips are also sent by email, but I've been advised that they are likely to be received earliest via the app.
I was intrigued to see if Adam could use his insider experience to make a profit during my review, and I'm pleased to report that it turned out well.
After following the service for six months, I recorded 25.86 points profit or £646.50 using £25 stakes. This worked out as an 86.2% increase to my starting bank of 30 points.

Month One Update
It was a great start to my Inside Man review with a profit of 7.17 points banked, which worked out as a 23.9% increase to my starting bank. There was a return on investment of 14.5% from 56 bets over the course of the month.
I was impressed with the service and was enjoying the community feel of the Telegram group.

The Inside Man had another great month with 6.49 points profit at an ROI of 20% and my bank had now increased by a total of 45.5%.
The advised starting bank was advised at just 30 points, but I hadn't had any issues with it. The service had been achieving a consistent strike rate without any long losing runs.
