The Momentum System Review: Introduction

The Momentum System is a correct score trading strategy by Mike Cruickshank that can be used without bookmakers.

Mike is a legend in the matched betting world (Betting Mastermind review), but more recently he has been developing systems that work using Betfair Exchange alone.

For many of us, transitioning to trading football, or other sports, is a natural next step after matched betting. 

Once our traditional bookmaker accounts have been restricted or closed, betting exchanges become our main option.

Trading provides us with a lower-risk approach, allowing us to continue profiting without relying on bookmakers.

The Momentum System is designed to be a simple trading system with a series of steps to follow in order to make low-risk profits. There are no decisions to make, just a clear set of instructions that tell you when to enter and exit the trades.

You also don't need any knowledge of football to be able to use it!

How does The Momentum System work?

The idea is to place bets on different score lines that oppose each other. As the match progresses, the odds will move and you will be able to lock in a profit whatever happens.

Included with the system is a web-based software tool that scans correct score markets to identify value odds. It is worth noting that the software does not place any bets, but it finds football matches that meet the criteria for the system.

It works across all major leagues and cup competitions worldwide, so there are plenty of opportunities to trade.

When a valid selection is flagged, you simply enter your maximum liability into the provided calculator, which works out the exact entry and exit stakes for you.

To help users get started, Mike has put together a set of video tutorials, featuring real trade examples to walk you through the strategy step by step.

I will be testing the system out for myself, but I have no doubt that it will be a success.

Mike Cruickshank’s products are always built on solid maths and value betting, so I expect The Momentum System to follow the same formula.

Just to be sure that there aren't any other issues, I will give it a spin anyway.

Update: A full review of this system is currently on hold.

Testing it properly requires a large sample of results over time and without that, any conclusions would be premature. I’m hoping to find a suitable volunteer with enough time to carry out a thorough test.
