Alex Peperell has been deemed an emerging star in the world of horse racing analysis and his new tips service, Pep's Big Race Tips, has been producing some positive results.
As the name would suggest, he focuses primarily on big race days where there are quality races available to bet on. His selection process relies on form, so he prefers races where the form can be trusted and value can be clearly identified.
He provides a full explanation with each of his bets, so you can see his thought process and exactly why they were selected.
At the time of writing, historical results for the service show 38.72 points profit since August 2023. Whilst it isn't a huge amount of profit, he had reached 64 points profit earlier in the year and had recently hit a downturn. Perhaps a recovery is on the way!

Pep's Big Race Tips Review Results
Month One Update
My Pep's Big Race Tips review got off to a good start and I was more than 15 points in profit after a few days. Sadly, things went downhill from here and there was quite a poor run of results.
I lost all of the profit that I had gained and finished with a loss of 3.13 points for the month.
Alex showed his frustration but remained optimistic:
"A Royal disaster this week, it was one of those weeks where absolutely nothing went right. Givemethebeatboys backed into 4/1 second favourite and ran the worst race of his career by some margin; Space Legend gets beaten by a ridiculous performance; Opera Singer hits the bar; Continuous travels into the race like he's going to bolt up then finds absolutely nothing.
A week where almost everything I touched was cursed. That's the nature of the beast at Royal Ascot, because of the competitiveness of the races it's either excellent or terrible, there isn't much in between.
I'm very frustrated, but we have to move on."

It was a tough month for my Pep's Big Race Tips review, with the tipster losing an additional 20.65 points and causing my bank to drop by 20%.

Month Three Update
I was glad to finally see a profitable month for the service after two losing months in a row. I finished month three with 16.03 points profit at an ROI of 36.4%.
That went quite a way towards recovering what had been lost and I was feeling much more positive. I figured that another good month could produce an overall profit.
I decided to keep going with my review for a while longer.

Month three gave me some hope for a turnaround, but most of the profit was quickly given back. I decided to stick it out for a bit longer, though my patience was starting to wear thin with this one!

Review Summary
My Pep's Big Race Tips review didn't go very well right from the start and there was just one month out of five that finished with a profit.
Overall I lost 29.48 points after tracking 164 selections, which was a 29.5% decrease to my starting bank of 100 points.
The official results showed that the tipster was 8.48 points down since their records began in August 2023.
This cemented my feeling that it was time to wrap up the review.
