Tipstrr Review: Sports Betting Tipster Platform

Written by Laura Greve

Tipstrr Review

Tipstrr is a tipster marketplace where you can create your own tipping service or find the best tipsters to follow.

The platform operates differently to many of the other tipster sites that we have come across before. Firstly, the Tipstrr team recognise that the main issue with tipping services is trust.

You never really know if the results are accurate and there have been a lot of cases where people have been caught out by scammers.

“The goal of Tipstrr is simple - to help people profit from sports betting.”

To combat this, the team have developed tools to track a tipster’s performance by recording odds data directly from the bookies and provide up to date results and statistics.

Secondly, anyone can become a Tipstrr tipster! You simply create a portfolio and start tracking your bets. The portfolio can either be private to track your own betting performance or it can be available to others to follow for free or subscribe to.

Because of this, there are tons of tipsters for punters to choose from. It all looks a bit overwhelming at first, but it’s actually very easy to navigate the website.

Tipsters can be sorted by their achieved profit, ROI or Tipstrr rating and then filtered further by several options including the period of time, how many bets, min/max odds and whether it’s a free or premium service.

Tipstrr Review Shortlists

Each tipster has their own page that has a short overview, a recent form graph and all past results and statistics. They can be followed and added to your personal feed where you can see the latest tips and results.

Those that have proven to be consistently profitable over time are added to “Recommended” list, which is described as a curated list of the best tipsters on the platform.

There are also tipsters categorised as the most established, i.e. those that have proven themselves over a long period of time and tipsters that are “on form”, who have been on fire going by their latest statistics.

We are going to start by looking at the recommended and established tipsters as we are more interested in long-term performance than recent form.
